Workout! (to the tune of Freakout!)

I've been struggling a lot keeping up with my workouts. Going to the gym on a regular basis does not work well for me I need to discover some in home exercises that I can do every day and just make it routine. The next couple posts will be dedicated to in home...or in class (probably won't help me focus) workouts I can do. And maybe some healthy eating tips. I figure if I focus on researching it, it'll stay on my mind. I will succeed.
